We had a fantastic experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location amongst a tropical garden provided a serene and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The hotel's exterior was beautifully designed, capturing the essence of the surrounding jungle. The pool area was simply stunning, with a water slide and sun loungers that allowed us to soak up the sun. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant, which offered a variety of local delicacies. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-designed, with a separate sink and mirror area that added convenience to our daily routine.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Had a blast spending New Year's at this modern rustic hotel. Loved the refreshing swimming pool, perfect for a dip after exploring the nearby ruins and enjoying the sunny weather. The hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance of the center and a big supermarket, and close to the main ruins of the area. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Plus, the restaurant served delicious dinners and offered a wide selection of wines and cocktails.
Despite the great experience, there were a couple of downsides. The pool towels were limited and sometimes not available.

Great outdoors dining experience with resident wildlife. Well-maintained and spacious rooms. Good value for money.
Thin walls, and noise from surrounding areas. It was hard to sleep at night with every movement heard from the neighbors.

We loved the beautifully designed hotel that captured the ambience of the jungle. The thatched-roof restaurant, pool and bar area with water slide surrounded by gorgeous plantings were fantastic. We enjoyed the local delicacies such as Tescalante on the menu. The music in the restaurant was extremely relaxing and the fresh-pressed juice on arrival was refreshing. The hotel was very close to the Ado terminal and in a good location in this city.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The Wi-Fi service is quite slow in some areas of the hotel, but it doesn't affect the overall experience.
